Deep Talk User Guide – ABCC Help Centre

We are excited to introduce Deep Talk, a new feature in ABCC Wallet. This in-app communication tool allows you to message other users, send payments, manage your contacts, and create group conversations.

This guide will walk you through how to use Deep Talk. Let’s get started!

1. Open Deep Talk

Open the ABCC Wallet app and tap Deep Talk in the bottom-right corner to access your conversations and contacts.

The first time you access Deep Talk, you will need to read and agree to the User Agreement.

2. Change Your Display Name

When you first use Deep Talk, your display name will be automatically generated. If you would like to change it, simply click the icon to rename it.

Red circle 1 shows your display name, which you can change as often as you like.
Red circle 2 shows your Username, which you can change only once per calendar year.

3. Add Users to a Conversation

i. Before starting a conversation, please add the user as a friend. Click the Plus icon in the top-right corner, then click "Add User" and search by ABCC ID or scan the user's invite code.

Please note: Deep Talk can only scan the invite code, not the ABCC ID QR code.

ii. To invite the user as a friend, click "Send Friend Request" .

iii. The user will receive your invitation and can view and accept it.

iv. Once they accept your invitation, you will see their contact on the front page of Deep Talk. You can also check the invitation notice.

4. Start a Conversation

You can use Deep Talk to communicate directly with other users who have become your friends.

5. Create a Group Conversation

Use group conversations to discuss topics with multiple users in one place. Participants can share messages and coordinate together.

i. Select the option to create a new group.

ii. Click "Add" to choose the users you want to invite.

iii. Choose the users and then click "Add".

iv. Create a name for the group and then click "Create" . You can then start the conversation with group members.

6. Send a Payment

You can send a payment to another user from Deep Talk.

i. Open your conversation with the recipient, click the icon, and then click "User Info" .

ii. Select the payment option and you will be moved to the withdrawal page. Please follow the withdrawal guide here for more information.
