How to Recover Your ABCC Wallet?

Hello! If you've lost your recovery QR code or your phone, don't worry. The following instructions will guide you through the process of recovering your ABCC Wallet account without your Recovery Key.

Let's get started!

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Log in to your ABCC Wallet account and complete the phone verification step.

Step 2: Choose the Recovery Method

i. If you have lost your recovery QR code or your phone, please click "Recovery Request" to initiate a manual recovery process.

ii. Currently, we support manual review requests. An automated check feature will be available soon. For now, please select "Manual Review".

iii. Select a backup method to store your new recovery key and give it a name. Once confirmed, a new recovery key will be generated. Please store it securely, as you will need to import or scan it shortly.

iv. Your recovery request will be reviewed by our team. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for completion. You may also check the status of your request each time you log in.

Step 3: Successfully Recover Your ABCC Wallet

i. Once your recovery request has been approved, you will receive a notification. You can also check the status when you log in again.

ii. You can now recover your wallet using the new recovery key generated in Step 2. If you selected "Recovery QR Code" as your backup method, you will need to import or scan the QR code.

iii. Congratulations – you have successfully recovered your ABCC Wallet!
