Fiat Withdraw through Multi-Sig Wallet

Hello! In this instruction, we will show you how to do Fiat Withdrawal through your Multi-Sig Wallet.

Let's go!

Step 1: Maker role: Click on "Fiat Withdraw"

In the main menu, the Maker clicks on the "Service", then "Fiat Withdraw" option. 

*Currently, we only support US Dollar for Fiat Withdrawals. The "Fiat Withdrawal" option will only be accessed once you have US Dollar in your Multi-Sig Wallet.

Step 2: Maker role: Submit a Fiat Withdraw request

i. The Maker selects US Dollar as the source of funds for the transfer and choose the Bank Account. Then, click "Enter Amount"

*When you select a bank account for the first time, you can click “Add Bank Account”. Please read the tutorial article here.

ii. The Maker inputs the amount to withdraw and click "Confirm".

iii. The Maker reviews and confirms all withdrawal details, ensuring that the amount, fee, and bank account number are correct. Click "Confirm" and enter the PIN code to submit the Fiat Withdrawal request.

Step 3: Admin role: Approve the Fiat Withdraw request

i. The Administrator will receive a notification once the Maker submits a Fiat Withdrawal request. Then, the Administrator can click "Pending Approval" to review the request.

ii. The Administrator selects the pending Fiat Withdraw request to review. Confirm all withdrawal details are correct then click "Go to Approve" and click "Approve" to proceed.

iii. Once the request has been approved, the status will display as "Finished."

iv. Once the request has been approved, it takes 1-2 working days to process.
