How to Withdraw Fiat on ABCC Wallet?

Hello! In this instruction, we will show you how to withdraw fiat currency to your bank account.

Let's go!

Step 1: Click on "Fiat Withdraw"

In the main menu, click on the "Service" option and select "Fiat Withdraw". 

*Currently, we only support US Dollar for Fiat Withdrawals. The "Fiat Withdrawal" option will only be displayed once you have US Dollar in your wallet.

Step 2: Select your assets and bank account

When you select bank account on the first time, you can click “Add Bank Account”.

Step 3: Add a bank account

i. Enter your bank IBAN or SWIFT Code.

ii. Enter your bank details, including the following information:

• Bank Name
• Bank Number
• Beneficiary Account Number
• Beneficiary Address (must match the bank statement)
• Bank Account Proof (must be dated within the last three months)
• Postal Code (optional)

iii. Once you have submitted your request, it will take 1-2 working days for approval. You may receive an email regarding the outcome.

Step 4: Enter amount and confirm

i. Enter the amount and click "Confirm".

ii. You can review the withdrawal details, including the transaction fee, exchange rate, and so on, before you confirm.

iii. Click "Confirm," and you will need to enter the PIN code. Once completed, the system will display a message to inform you.

Note: Currently, fiat withdrawals are only accepted in US Dollar.
