ABCC Wallet Device Transition Process

To transition from an old device to a new device on the ABCC Wallet, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to the New Device

i. Download the ABCC Wallet  app from the App Store or Google Play onto your new device and log in to your account.

ii. Click on "Send Verification Code" and check your mobile phone for the SMS verification code.

Step 2: Select This Device as the New Device

i. Click "Transfer from old device".

ii. You then generate the QR code on your new device and scan it using your old device.

iii. Alternatively, you can use your old device to import the QR code generated by your new device.

Step 3: Complete the Device Transition

i. Ensure the scan is successful and check that your account details are correct.

ii. If all information is accurate, click on "Confirm."

iii. Next, enter the PIN code you set earlier, or use biometric authentication (such as fingerprint or facial recognition) for identity confirmation. 

iv. Once verification is successful, the device migration process is complete, and the old device will be automatically logged out. You can now use ABCC Wallet on the new device.
