How to upgrade your KYC level on ABCC Wallet?

Hello! In this instruction, we will show you how to upgrade your KYC level on ABCC wallet.

Let's go!

Step 1: Click on "Upgrade to Basic"

In the main page, click the "Menu" option in the top right corner.  Select the option to begin the KYC verification process.

Step 2: Accessing the Sumsub Page

Go to the SUMSUB webpage. Click Continue to begin the KYC process. 

i. Provide Your Personal Information and  Address.

ii. Provide Identification Documents, such as a Passport. You can take an photo of the passport and upload it. 

iii. Conduct a live detection to verify your face. Please follow the instructions to complete the scan.

iv. You will be required to complete a survey.

Step 3: Received a confirmation email

You will receive an email from us informing your KYC result.
