What to do if email was not received?

1.  Make sure the email address provided for registration is correct.

2. Check your Spam folder to see whether email from ABCC has not accidentally been filtered as spam email.

3. Check whether the email client is connected to the network.

4. Use mainstream email service providers (such as Gmail / Outlook / QQ) that provide stable services.
