If you deposited assets to your ABCC Wallet on a network the wallet does not support, recovery may be possible depending on the network used.
Recoverable unsupported networks
i. Polygon
ii. Avalanche C-Chain
iii. Arbitrum One
For deposits made on these networks, we can either credit the corresponding assets to your ABCC Wallet or return them to your original address. The recovery fee is 10% of the amount or 5,000 USDT equivalent, whichever is higher, deducted from the recovered amount.
All other networks
Recovery is not available at this time. We are working to add more networks — see the recommendations below.
Our recommendations:
i. Please keep the transaction hash (TxID) for future reference.
ii. If we add the network in future, we will notify you and assist with recovery.
iii. For deposits, always select a network listed in the ABCC Wallet deposit screen — for example Ethereum (ERC-20), BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), or Tron (TRC-20).
