We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding your ABCC Exchange account.
Effective 1 October 2026, at 10:00 AM (GMT+8), withdrawal services on the ABCC Exchange will be officially suspended. This change is part of our ongoing infrastructure enhancement.
To ensure uninterrupted access to ABCC services, we strongly recommend that you download the ABCC Wallet app at your earliest convenience. The ABCC Wallet offers a secure and comprehensive platform for managing your assets, and you can log in using the same registered email address you currently use for the Exchange. For asset transition assistance, please feel free to contact our support team.

Before 1 Oct 2026 10:00 (GMT+8), You may continue to withdraw your balance through the ABCC Exchange as usual.
- After 1 Oct 2026 10:00 (GMT+8), Withdrawals will no longer be available on the ABCC Exchange.
