Corporate Account how to complete your KYC verification on ABCC Wallet?

Hello! In this instruction, we will show you how to complete your KYC verification on ABCC wallet.

To expedite your verification process, please prepare the originals or certified true copies of the following documents before you begin:

1. Company proof of address

2. Principal Place of Business

3. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

4. Register of Directors/Certificate of Incumbency (Dated within 1 year)

5. Memorandum & Articles of Association

6. Proof of Residential Address of Directors, Signatories or Key Office Bearers (e.g., Utility bills/Telephone bills, Bank statements issued within the last 3 months)

7. Provide Proof of Ultimate Beneficial Ownership or Company Ownership Structure Chart

8. A List of the Names, Nationality and Countries of Residence for all Beneficial Owners (BOs) of the Legal Entity.

9. Proof of Source of Funds (Bank Statements issued within the last three months)

Step 1: Click "Upgrade to Corporate "

In the main menu, click the " Menu" option in the right corner, then click "Upgrade to Corporate "

Step 2: Accessing the Sumsub Page

Go to the SUMSUB webpage. Click Start Verification to begin the KYC process. 

i. Provide your personal information and company information.

ii. Provide company verification documents. You can upload photos or select from your album.

iii. Provide Key Customer details.

iv. Provide Ownership Details and Director information.

v. Provide Financial Details and information about the company.

vi. After completing all steps, your KYC approval will generally be completed within 7 working days.

Step 3: Received a confirmation email

After the approval is completed, you will receive a notification email from us regarding the KYC results.
