Details of Fees if not Complete Your KYC

Dear Users,

We are reaching out to provide important information regarding the fee that will be implemented for accounts that have not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Starting from 00:00 (UTC+8) December 1, 2025, users who have not completed their KYC will incur a dormancy fee. This fee structure is designed to gradually increase over time, and will be charged for up to 24 months.

• Initial Charge: Users will be charged a basic fee equivalent to $5 USD in the first month.This fee will be charged on 1 December 2025

   

• Subsequent Months: In the following months, the dormancy fee will be calculated using the formula below for deducting each token: w + [(m - 1) * 2% + 1%] * b

Where:

• m = Month (counting from the start of the fee)
• b = Last token balance
• w = Basic fee related to the withdrawal fee for each token

• Full Balance Charges: By the 24th month, full balance charges will apply.

  *KYC records will be collected at 00:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of each month. If KYC is not completed before this time, relevant fees will be charged without further notice.

  **If your account balance is insufficient to cover the associated fees, your account will be automatically suspended, and any remaining balance will be considered forfeited by the user and will not be refunded.

We encourage all users to complete their KYC verification promptly to avoid these charges and keep your accounts active.

However, if you are currently residing in the Restricted Locations (as stipulated in our Terms of Use), such as the United States, you will not be permitted to complete KYC verification.
