Thank you for your interest in opening an account with ABCC!
Let us bring you through the new corporate / project account opening procedure below.
Before the registration, please prepare the following documentations for corporate onboarding purposes:
- Certificate of incorporation or equivalent;*
- Certificate of incumbency containing list of directors and shareholders (including the percentage of shareholding) or equivalent with original;***^
- Each Director must provide a certified copy of his/her passport and a proof of address (at least 6 months before passport expiry);***
- Certificate of Good Standing original;***^
- Register of directors;***^
- Register of beneficial owners;***^
- Authorized person and signatory's board resolution;^
- Each Authorized Signatory must provide a certified passport copy;
- A proof of address (address proof original dated not more than 3 months);***
- Memorandum and Articles of Association;*
- Company shareholding structure, certified sign off by a director, unless otherwise proven by legal documents;
- Proof of business/ operating address, with original document not exceeding 3 months from date of submission;*
- Proof of source of funds***^
- Any other supporting documents as required (Optional)***^
*All documents have to be certified by either a licensed lawyer, a licensed public accountant, Notary public or High Commission, and embassies of foreign countries.
**All documents have a validity period of 6 months unless stated otherwise
^All original documents have a validity period of 6 months from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise
Thereafter, please follow the steps below and process by an authorized person from your company:
Website
- Click on Register in the upper right-hand corner of the ABCC homepage and create an account firstly.
- Click on KYC in the upper right-hand corner and choose Corporate Account and then Submit.
*Please note that you cannot change the account type once it is selected
3. Click Continue and move to the Corporate Verification progress.
4. To complete the basic information, please provide the Name of Company, Business Registration Number, Country of Registration, Registration Address and upload the Proof of Address. Then click Continue.
5. Continue completing the basic information. Please click Continue after answering all 13 required information .
6. Please upload the documentations for corporate onboarding purposes then click Continue.
7. Finally, please enter the information of the Authorized Representative and upload the documents required. Thereafter, click Submit.
8. Please click OK after you noted your application is under verification. It may take 15 business days for processing. In rare cases, it can take longer.
9. In addition, you may receive an email required to resubmit documents which are not approved by our management. Please go to the KYC page and then upload the required documents (when you click “Continue”, it will show an alert message in red). And then, submit the application again.
10. You will receive an email notification that your onboarding submission of information and documentation have been approved. Thereafter, please login your ABCC account and go to the KYC page to complete the personal identity verification accordingly.
11. In the KYC page, please tick the box of declaration then click Submit to start the identity verification. Click Verify Identity in the message box and go to the next step.
12. To proceed with the procedure on your phone, get a secure link on your phone by scanning the QR code, or receiving the link via SMS. After you successfully connect to your mobile, please keep this window open while using your mobile phone.
13. Use your mobile to upload documents. Make sure your passport details are clear to read.
14. After uploading your passport photo page, we will ask you to enable camera access and film yourself.
- Please position your face in the oval on the screen, and press the red button in the lower bottom to record.
- Look over your left shoulder. When you are done, press Next.
- Say each digit out loud. When you are done, press Stop.
- Check the selfie video and click Confirm.
- Once uploaded your document and videos on your mobile, you can now return to your computer to continue and click Submit verification. Then you will receive email inform your verification successful
16. When you return to the KYC page, it shows “Successfully Verified!” and you can start your deposit and trading.
App
- First you should download the ABCC App.
2. Click on Register to create an account firstly.
- After registered, you will be required to complete the KYC and please click Next. It will move to the KYC page. Please choose Corporate Account and click Submit.
* Please note that you cannot change the account type once it is selected.
- The following steps will only able to processed on the computer. Please click OK then switch to
your computer and continue.
- Please follow the steps from 3 to 16 of Website above to complete your account verification.
