How to add Withdrawal Address

Fellow ABCCers,

For the safety reason, all the existing addresses in the address book will be removed after the new version is deployed.

We are glad to help you to add your withdrawal address on ABCC! Please kindly be informed that you have to add address for each currency you would like to withdraw.

Website

1. Click on Asset Management in the upper right-hand corner of the ABCC homepage and select Withdrawals to enter the withdrawals page.

2. Enter the currency you want to withdraw and then choose the chain Type.

3. Click on Select from Address Book. To protect the security of your account, please enable 2FA before adding Address.

4. Click on Add Withdrawal Address to enter the page for input.

5. Enter your Address Label which must be at 4 to 20 characters in letters and numbers. Enter your Address and get Authentication Code.

6. Click on Save and will receive a confirmation email informing address added.

7. To protect the security of your account, the address will be available after 1 hour. The exact Withdraw Enable time has been shown under the address.

8. Back to the withdrawals page and choose your added address to complete your withdrawals.

1. First you should download ABCC App.

2. Please open the App, press the Account icon and click on My Funds. 

3. Click Withdrawal to enter the withdrawals page.

4. Enter the currency you want to withdraw and then choose the chain Type.

5. Click on Select from Address Book. To protect the security of your account, please enable 2FA before adding Address.

6. Click on Add Withdrawal Address to enter the page for input.

7. Enter your Address Label which must be at 4 to 20 characters in letters and numbers. Enter your Address.

8. Click on Save and you will receive a confirmation email which is informing address added.

9. To protect the security of your account, the address will be available after 1 hour. The exact Withdraw Enable time has been shown under the address.

10. Back to the withdrawals page and choose your added address to complete your withdrawals.
