Hello! In this instruction, we will show you how to complete the Personal Account application on ABCC.
To proceed with the identity verification, please prepare your documents before getting started:
- Phone number: Please provide a valid phone number that can receive SMS.
- Passport: Please provide a valid passport; your application may be rejected if you use an identity card, driving license, or other documents.
You will need to complete the following steps (the application will take approximately 5 minutes to complete):
- Upload your passport photo page.
- Conduct a face liveness test on your mobile or desktop using the camera.
- Answer the questionnaire.
To begin on Website:
1. First, please register for an ABCC account. You will receive an authentication code at your registered email to active your account.
2. After logging into your account, you will be required to complete the phone verification. Please select your country code, enter your phone number, and then click "Get Code". You will receive the code via SMS. Press "Submit" after entering the code.
3. Go to the upper right-hand side to view the Account page. You can find your user level and click "Upgrade."
4. Please select your account type as "Personal Account". Then you will complete the KYC process. Please follow the instructions to answer some questions and enter your personal information. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
5. Next, you can take a photo of your passport or click "Upload Document" to submit your passport. Click "Continue" to proceed to the next step.
Please note that:
- Use a first-hand captured photo. Do not use a photo of a screen.
- Ensure your photo details are clear and readable without glare.
- Make sure your video is fully visible and in focus, and that it is recorded under sufficient lighting without background noise.
6. Please get your camera ready to do the face liveness test.
7. Answer a few questions and provide your consent. Click "Continue" to finish.
8. Now, your user level has been upgraded from "Basic" to "Standard." If you would like to upgrade to a higher level, please click "Upgrade" again and complete the further KYC process. This may take 7-14 business days to verify.
