ABCC can retrieve lost funds of users who lost their digital assets due to deposit errors. As retrieving funds is time-consuming and labor-consuming, and costs highly at risk control, ABCC will charge accordingly.
After careful consideration, ABCC decided to lower the minimum charge of the below scenario to 300 USDT (previously, 500USDT).
Users used smart contracts (e.g., Bitstamp) to deposit or deposit directly into the hot wallet, or deposit failed to enter the account or deposited ERC Token not supported by our platform into ETH address. ABCC will charge 5% of the deposit as the processing fee. Minimum charge = 300 USDT and maximum charge = 5,000 USDT.
All other Terms and Conditions of the original How to retrieve your funds if you use the wrong deposit address or deposit methods remains the same.

1. Users did not fully understand the deposit procedure, e.g., users did not key in TAG (memo) for EOS, XLM, XRP and GRIN deposit or key in the wrong TAG. ABCC will charge 5% of the deposit as the processing fee. Minimum charge = 100 USDT and maximum charge = 4,500 USDT.

Q: How to submit a retrieving request?
A: Please submit a ticket in the help center. Your ticket should have a detailed account of your condition, your account information, the token type you have deposited wrongly, the address, the amount and TXID (very important), and screenshot of your deposit information. We will reply to you in due course and confirm with you whether your retrieving application is approved based on our technical analysis.
Q: How long does it take to retrieve the funds?
A: It usually takes at least 20 working days to retrieve the funds. If we approved your retrieving application, please wait patiently for our technicians to process your request.
