Issuance of ABCC Platform Token – ABCC Help Centre

ABCC Exchange is to issue ABCC Platform Token. ABCC Exchange was founded by Calvin Cheng, a technology and media magnate, and other co-founders with a broad range of experience and track record at some of the most successful Internet, financial services, management consulting firms. The exchange was officially launched on April 28^th, 2018 and has experienced rapid growth of its business. It has received investments and endorsements from leading investment firms such as Funcity Capital, Dream Seeker Capital and others.

ABCC Exchange has now decided to issue ABCC Platform Token, an ERC20 token, to build up and further nurture a cryptocurrency investing ecosystem and reward our active users. ABCC Platform Token will be generated via Trade-to-Mine (ToM) mechanism. To reward our users, we will distribute 80% of our daily transaction fee income to users holding ABCC Platform Token as rewards.

1. Issuance

The total supply of ABCC Platform Token is fixed at 210 million without any future offering. 50% of the total supply will be generated via ToM mechanism. The other 50% of the total supply will be distributed to ABCC Exchange, ABCC team members, investors and etc. at the same pace with ABCC Platform Token generated via ToM mechanism.

2. Trade-to-Mine Mechanism

ABCC Platform Token will be generated automatically by crypto trading activities on ABCC Exchange.

3. Transaction Fee Income Distribution

We will distribute 80% of our daily transaction fee income to users holding ABCC Platform Token as rewards.
