Withdrawals not credited

1. Transferring funds on blockchain typically takes three steps: initiate transfer, block confirmation and transfer confirmed/completed.

Step 1: We will send out the withdrawal transaction to the blockchain network within 5-10 minutes after you submit the withdrawal request.

Step 2: Wait for the blockchain network to confirm.  You can go to History to view the status of the transaction.

Step 3: If the blockchain shows the transaction is unconfirmed, or the number of network confirmations received is less than required by the receiving platform, please wait patiently for the required number of confirmations.

Note: After you confirm the withdrawal by email, if the network is severely congested, your withdrawal might be delayed. If after six hours the withdrawal request still has not generated a corresponding transaction ID (TXID) on the Funds – Withdrawal History page, please submit a service ticket, along with:

- Screenshot of the withdrawal on the Withdrawal History page;

We will progress your service ticket as soon as possible.  Tickets submitted with the requested screenshot will be processed faster.
