If you transferred the wrong currency to your address at ABCC (e.g. transferred ETH to your BTC address):
1. If the mistake is due to user’s operational error, ABCC does not provide assistance in retrieving the funds.
2. In cases where the user suffers from significant loss, ABCC may provide assistance in retrieving the funds. Please understand that such operation will entail substantial time and financial cost, and bring complications to risk management procedures; therefore such services will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
3. Please provide a complete description of the case, your account number , the coin transferred, address, amount, TXID (very important), together with relevant screenshots. We will evaluate whether it will be possible to retrieve the funds within reasonable means and get back to you promptly.
4. If it is possible to retrieve the funds, the procedure might require installing or upgrading the wallet software, and exporting and importing private keys. Only highly qualified personnel will be authorized to carry out such operations, and rigorous risk control audits will be carried out. The whole process will take substantial amounts of time.
