How to withdraw funds- New Version

In this tutorial, we will guide you through the step-by-step process of withdrawing funds. First of all, if you have not completed KYC verification, you will have limited access to account services. We highly suggest you go through our KYC verification first. It's easy and handy!

Besides, Fiat services with bank accounts (USDC) are now supported in ABCC. Check out here for a quick tutorial.

Let’s get start the tutorial of funds withdrawal!

1. Click on "Withdrawals" in the upper right corner of the site to enter the asset management page.

2. Select the coins to be withdrawn, or enter the currency keyword. Using BTC as an example.

3. First, you have to select the Chain Type* (if any). And then, click on Select from Address Book**.

*Please make sure the chain-type you choose to withdraw matches the deposit chain, otherwise your assets may be lost.

** To protect the security of your account, please enable 2FA before adding Address.

4. Click on Add Withdrawal Address* to enter the page for input.

5. Enter your Address Label which must be at 4 to 20 characters in letters and numbers. Enter your Address and get Authentication Code.

6. Click on Save and will receive a confirmation email informing address added.

7. To protect the security of your account, the address will be available after 1 hour. The exact Withdraw Enable time has been shown under the address.

8. Back to the withdrawals page and choose your added address to complete your withdrawals.

9. ABCC will send a verification code to your email address used for registration. Please read it carefully and make sure the withdrawal amount, currency and withdrawal address correct.

10. Back to the withdrawal page and enter the verification code. And then, it has a prompt message showing the withdrawal request is successful.

11. Withdrawal status lookup: Return to the History page and select Withdrawals to inspect the status of your withdrawals. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain and its current network traffic.
